Just received another report frm Protasco, it was interesting.. the exchanging emails between Tey, Adrian, Tjoe and the rest.. Unless Protasco furnish us the fake report or else it seems legit. I support to kick Tey and Ooi out first, claim the deposit, then only question Chong's ability to lead...

After reading both reports sent by Chong and Tey, I choose to believe Chong...

I think it's unlikely both of them will want to sell their shares... Instead both of them will fight to accumulate to be the biggest stake. Will see... I m accumulating as well..

Sorry, I don't understand how this legal matter will affect the company current running business and hence affected the staff in the company and also their future growth..can someone explain to me coz I sincerely don't get it. Chong wants to kick Tey out, Tey filed defense and file another case to sue Chong but not Protasco, that shows he still want to be on the board. So, there will be either party accumulating shares (by taking this advantage of current sell off due to negative comments) to be strong enough to kick out or strong enough to stay. Therefore, I hope retail investors don't freak out, instead voice out your concern during AGM, at the same time we wait the court decision. Protasco won't go to PN17 then bankrupt because of this issue due to strong fundamental, but business may go wrong at times. I hope all retail investors strong enough to hold on, and we might see the price rise.

couldn't agree more with you itjustaboutheprofit... Prtasco has been steady giving out dividend for the past 12yrs.. steady profit, cash rich, reasonable debt.. Prtasco did the right thing to sue the director involved to regain their integrity... I believe this is the opportunity to accumulate more..
