The merger proposal will be 1000 units (10 lots) will get 397 units of AAX

other way if reading in lots, that will be 10 lots of Cap A -> 3.97 lots of AAX

before conversion 75sen x 100 units = RM75 or make comparable 75sen x 288 units = RM216
after conversion 26sen x 288 units = RM 74.88
(74.88/216) x 100 = 34.66 %

RCUIDS still worth 75 sen face value after corporate exercise, but the conversion rate to mother share has changed:
before : exercise price 75 sen for 100 unit of shares
after: exercise price 26 sen for 288 unit of shares

this means about - 34.6% reduction after the conversion to mother share? And if we have the option not to convert to mother share hold till the end of expiry date and enjoying the RCUIDS agreed yearly interests?

I have been monitoring AA back 5x sen time, slowly collecting. Along the way the will people call to sell with many reasons. There were people call sell at 80 sen, 90 sen and now @ 1.1. These call to sell voices will never end even in the future @1.5x or more...

Just a note that now AA's business as usual are suspended and solely depending on food delivery and other diversified businesses, is pretty darn good job in survival mode.
Just to know AA is not short-term goreng share.

As all known flights are now all suspended and will be released soon to business as usual. The economy cannot hold up flights like forever.

QR result important? Most all known it was red all the way since the MCO 1.0 nothing surprise to coming QR will be red too. I might be triggered some panic mode but for my opinion this is much expected result.

If coming from a trader mindset for short term like gain in days, weeks. There better options out there like DNEX, dataprep, etc those every notch of prices can make short term results.

If not sure what to do? Just hold on to current no buy no sell, set own level of bottom price that is comfortable at gain / loose, sell at that bottom price as last-defense-line.

Do not listen other unnecessary voices telling where TP would be, after all is your money not theirs, you take charge.
