Tomorrow share price will be bashed downwards and you will see a slew of downgrades. I doubt Khalid and his team can put a revised offer so quickly.

I think the directors unlikely to accept the offer and table it to shareholders. Or else, insiders would have traded the stock. Also, no reason for Rozali to sell also as he is already paying himself 10 million a year!

I suspect the suspension is due to the JV with 3D oil..
