Regardless you subscribe the OR or not ,the OR shares shall missing from your portfolio . So if you got subscribe ,when 21 March ,the mother shares + bonus shall credit to you . If you didn't subscribe OR ,it just burn this way .

Yes , you can always say rights issue is not a good deal but this rights offer with bonus didn't over dilute the shares . As every 10 shares you only can get 1 free rights. And every 1 free rights , your bonus is only 0.5 plus warrant. You should have go and see all those company that offer rights at every 1 shares free 1 rights ,or every 2 shares free 3 rights. The dilution is a lot more for this kind of company as new shares issues is a lot more . Consider good as they only offer at the ratio of
