according to the latest portfolio of SENTRAL, the Quill 5 is sold out and the money is paid for the term loan and refinance to upcoming properties (can refer to its latest QR). I found out that although this REIT portfolio has about 9 buildings (low no. of asset building since listing), they still manage to produce a consistent revenue. And I observe that their portfolio is slowly shifting towards high-rise buildings if some of you manage to observe their portfolio change since they listing.
from my point of view. I find this ETF is quite sustainable as it will replenish its portfolio from time to time follow the market trend. When comparing to other equities ETF (i am referring to Malaysia ETF), the major allocation of the sector is fixed which is quite fragile when the particular major sector has a huge plunge over a period. I own selves think this is a highly recommended ETF if you know how important is TA and FA work together.
