Govt shd be very very careful when making announcement like this. It is hinting as if vaccine is beyond ready and just matter of scaling out production for distribution. Again, if is ready by year end, how are they going to deploy this jab to everyone? conditional/compulsory/optional? what is the TAM, just 31mil?

As long as covid at large, no vaccine, no cure, no treatment, crude price hovers at 40s because govt stimulus and spending only. This is not sustainable for longer run. One day govt pocket will dry, then what? Global recession possible.

I think investors should not be blindsided by the (slowing down) glove rally and (premature) pharma rally of the opportunities in construction sector as govt is starting to give various signals on coming infrastructure new and revival of existing mega projects. Govt spending is necessary to spur the economy.

This counter's rally really doesn't make whole lot of sense. Even there are hundreds of vaccine candidates but they;re still under tests. This test is not simple and take years. Worst case none works, new vaccine candidate has to be tested another few more years. Then what happen to bottling hope?
