Maybank IB Research said the various precursors (National Fiberisation and Connectivity Plan, spectrum awards, and infrastructure sharing framework) to 5G deployment are progressing as planned.

电讯塔业务拟分拆上市

兴业研究在上月初发布的一份报告中披露，OCK依然打算脱售电讯塔业务的部份股权，原定在9月与OCKT的新策略投资者正式签约，但因行政因素而推迟，但仍预期能在11月杪签下有关协议。

据兴业分析，OCK把部份股权卖给新策略股东，将为其电讯塔业务的未来上市计划设下估值标准，并估计有关交易能让OCK集团释放每股13至35仙之间的价值。

整体而言，随大马和区域电讯领域持续成长升级，业务规模近几年内明显壮大的OCK集团前景可期，但在继续冲刺前最好先改善负债比和赚幅，稳定投资信心，毕竟这有助为股票创造更高估值，利于未来融资。

为此，若电讯塔业务真能如愿在近期释放价值，相信会是很强的催化剂。
