according to latest sep 2019 Qtr results, the cash & cash equivalent is rm286.864 m, (unaudited)
compared to 31 dec. 2018 cash & cash equivalent is rm148m (audited)

that is, cash has increased by rm138.864 m ! (strong cash flow & rights issue)

tokok88 Boss has pump in more than 118 millions to subscribe Right Issues at end of 2018. Current cash flow in bank at 271 millions. Wah!! .. A lots of cash moneys.. Very good. But don't forget borrowing loan at 500 millions. Possible to privatisation? What to you think? Think from boss of view, what if you had pump in so many moneys in this company. Is very a wasted if not make good use of it by just collect 3% of bank interest every year. I think loan interest would cost much more higher 5 to 6%.

can see from the weak selling vol. (21/11-29/11) of daily av. 5.3 m shares done,the sellers has much reduced bullets n need to top up soon,if still want to play their selldown game.

My guess is a privatisation exercise being contemplated by the majority holders, as it is now so attractive for them to go private, with NAIM 's price so low.

We believe the majority holders are honourable businessmen, n will pay a fair price, if NAIM is taken private.

It's just a pity, they seem to be ill-advised by greedy , short-sighted advisers, to keep push down NAIM's share price, at the expense of minority holders of NAIM.

Strong FA flows include

- NAIM's ytd eps of 9.6 sen n est. min 2019 eps of 16.85 sen as last Qtr shd at least equal 3rd qtr results.

- NAIM's 26% share of assoc. Dayang (2.04) is already worth rm 1.12 per NAIM share

Let wait for the IB's analysis n review next week.

important point is we dont sell back at the lows below rm1, let the seller buys back at the highs..

only got 1 big seller try to intimidate the market, but buyers dont believe their noise n keep buying at the lows,

Big buyers r not out in force yet, can see the selling force is less compared to previous selldowns of 10-20m shares,

sellers r scared they have to buy back at the highs..

NAIM easily is worth at least rm1.69, based on PE of 10 maa

we wait for IB rpts to be out, no point listen to your no value noise loh....

if what u say is true, u got insider news , than U r saying u guys r the CF boys, else SC may invite u for tea-chat loh...

we follow the big boys market action lah,.. not your insider news as U claim to have..
