（吉隆坡17日讯）TH重工（THHEAVY，7206，主板贸服股）2013年末季已审计净利，较未审计数目多410.8%，遭大马交易所公开申诫。
根据文告，该公司当季宣布的未审计净利为160万3000令吉，但并未计入联号公司的共享盈利，并将非掌握控制权的子公司亏损计入，已审计净利实为818万8000令吉，相差410.8%。
同时，马交所也要求TH重工委任外部审计师，在呈交截至12月31日季度报告前，重新评估和确保过去4个季度的财报准确无误，评估报告。
董事成员和相关人士也必须参加培训计划，以在未来符合上市条例。
