I guess should have improvement. Sep will have additional 49% contribution from CJ WOW. I think it is set for full profit year in 2021. As long as got holding power.

They might have spent a portion of that cash to acquire remaining stake in CJWOW. The good news is that next quarter got extra almost 1 month 49% contribution.

If got people willing subscribe to rights issue RM 0.04, then got chance to goreng a bit to attract more people to invest.

I think still got potential. Haven't fully goreng yet.

I don't think he plans to fully take it private. Maybe just keep the listing status for now. If SM do MGO, then it will shoot up in price cause investors believe Media is worth more. It definitely is worth more than 0.15.

RevAsia was an overpriced asset then but I'm sure it has grown in value ever since. Just realized Media Prima market Cap is RM 172 million. Too cheap already.

Roadblock @ 0.165

Since EPF no more substantial, they just dump all today but someone is collecting aggressively.

At this price, there's very little risk. This company not even supposed to get to this price level. Media never did any share dilution exercises like other stocks so when wanna push it won't be so heavy to do so. After getting rid of non-productive assets, their NTA is at least 50 cents. The catalyst for it to move upwards will be its turnaround story.

High volumes since last week

Business model improved, yes. However, publishing is only thing that can drag down profits. TV should see improvement due to MCO.

Mandatory General Offer=When major shareholder reach percentage ownership threshold, need to declare an offer to buy over remaining shares.

MGO @ 30 cents, means that will goreng up to 40-50 cents to make that MGO invalid.

If Q1 2020 show profit, might trigger IB to give re-rating of stock. Then IB, fund houses will start chasing. Long wait for 30 May 2020.

Not sure about PRG. Just see if you have holding power. Might take longer time before it goes up. EPF might buy back like they did in MYEG.

So cheap already and the good thing is they never dilute the shares by offering rights issue or others. Cash flow seems good. Excited to see the Q1 2020 results.
