AhSeng you are right, pls refers to 2nd QR earning per share was 6.75 sen and TP was at RM2.70, surprisingly this QR earning per share is better 10.70 sen but TP cut down to RM2.45.

　（中国报吉隆坡4日讯）马建屋（MBSB，1171，主要板金融）获国家银行批准与Muamalat银行股东展开合併洽商，消息指出，持有后者30%股权的国库控股（Khazanah）计划藉此脱售所有持股。

　知情者告诉財经週刊《The Edge》，国控无意在上述合併后的银行保有股东地位，只想趁这次合併退出並取得现金。

　据报导，国控计划脱售Muamalat银行持股已多时，国行也不希望作为政府投资臂膀的国控持有超过一间银行的主要股权。

　国控已持有联昌集团（CIMB，1023，主要板金融）29.34%股权。

　多元资源（DRBHCOM，1619，主要板工业）持有Muamalat银行其他70%股权；国行要求多元资源必须于明年2月之前，减持股权到至少40%。

　雇员公积金持股65%的马建屋，一旦成功与Muamalat银行合併，將成为继马银行伊银之后，国內第2大的伊斯兰银行。

　由于马建屋不属于银行，此合併也让该公司得以成为全方位的伊斯兰银行，可透过银行间货幣市场取得资金

ELSOFT科研（ELSOFT，0090，主要板科技）持股30%的Leso企业私人有限公司，传有意于明年上市马股。

財经週刊《Focus Malaysia》 引述消息报导，Leso企业正与银行及其他单位洽商，以准备上市所需的文件。

“首发股的发售价还没有定案，但该公司过去数个財年的营业额和净利皆在持续成长。”

Leso企业旗下的Lesoshoppe，是一个销售测试设备的企业对企业（B2B）线上平台，拥有庞大的分销与供应商网络，集合工业、医疗、政府和实验室等领域的设备供应商。

除了本地市场，还可以和来自东协、孟加拉、中国和印度的买卖方交易。
