There are always two way of thinking... everybody think about its "bad" instead of "good" reasons when the share price drop... some of them even don't bother about the "bad" and just go for the "good" reasons when share price rise...

Reason is just a guess. Of course everyone would like to know what's behind the scene. Let's look forward to it :)

And the proposal of reverse take over has been initiated since year 2011 and now its already year 2013 ... well... everyone should have their own views... so happy investing guys :)

director stop to dispose its shares for one day again...

why keep on have ppl assume that the reason of changed of auditor is this and that. It is obviously an issue between the previous auditor and AOB. can u drive without a driving license? it's the same ..

As for now no announcement for director disposed shares by yesterday. However the selling pressure is so heavy yesterday. If by end of today there is no announcement for director disposed shares.. what does it mean ? all investors panic to sell because of RHB research?

@clc6152 its depends on whether securities commission wanna take action on the director or not..insider trading shall be courted under Section 89E of Securities Industry Act ..

even if the result is bad...the main 4 shareholders have already pledged their share for profit guarantee of RM15 million......

the change in auditor is due to the previous auditor no longer register with AOB... that's why need to be changed
