Heard from a reliable source from IB that SCOMI will hit above 40sen next week and then sustain above 40sen, besides whatever going on shareholding tussle, news on getting projects, etc .... One important factor is the company needs money, and the warrant is expiring on 14 Dec 2012, so they have to push the share price up again to attract people to exercise/convert the warrants, by doing so, the company will receive around RM90M! Wow....

Talked to an analyst friend just now, told me that he is going to attend a briefing by REDTone tomorrow. According to him, most of the analyst covering telcos in town will be attending, this is definitely another fantastic development. As far as I know, only NetResearch covers RedTone, others all ceased covering REDTone years back after it started making losses, so this time around, if they do, means the company's fundamental has really turn around and fall under their radar. Cheers!!!

Still queueing for WA at 18.0 sen, the premium is getting lower and lower, unless some force selling, if not difficult to get.

Earlier this year in July to Sept., the major shareholder Datuk Wira Syed Ali purchased the share everyday until accumulated up to 32.79%, and he can not purchase anymore as it will trigger the General Offer (GO). Now the group MD Dato' Wei Chuan Beng is also accumulating from open market, also almost everyday! This is definitely a very POSITIVE Signal to the general investors that they are very confident with future of the company.

At the current price, it's only 10% of the peak, how much more can it go down? Wonders ..... Anyway the company has been cash flow positive for the past 3 years, a fact that has been overlooked by most of the investors.

Someone panic today, sold at 50 sen at 9.00am! In a way, it's good, so that those who subscribed to Rights can't sell at this price. Force to keep it until 3Q result out.

Haha.... I like the market when it's holiday season. Managed to get some at 18.0 sen and 18.5 sen, when investors come back next week, I hope it is 20 sen by then, no more such a low premium of 7.5%.

Just did some calculation on REDTone-WA, wow! Premium of 7.3% only at 19.0 sen, very attractive. Going to average up some on Wednesday.

Why you guys worry about financing for the project? The management has definitely take it into consideration. Remember that they were awarded the license for4G-LTE, capex of RM390M were required. And after signing the agreement with Maxis, that capex no longer required!!! So RM82.6M is defintely easier. Why not do some studies/calculations on how much this project will contribute to the bottomline? Take for 20% margin, it's about 16.5M! Cheers for REDTone shareholders.

TA or FA, I am confident that if I am buying a stock on its way UP is definitely better than a stock on its way DOWN, and REDTONE has gone thru the down cycle and now with all recent develpoments, surely it is on the right track of getting back the glorious days. Be confident!

yes!!! It closed at 39.5 today, can easily break 40 sen tomorrow. Techinically also beautiful... yeah. Daytraders or contra players would have notice it by now.

After few attemps to break and close at 40 sen, this time around it's more convincing technically and fundamentally.

Closed at 38.5 today with strong buying, surely it will move higher n higher in days to come, perhaps one BIG JUMP!!! Interesting to see that the founder is collecting the shares again ....

yes!!! the result confirms my guess earlier that this conpany has turnaround! going to buy more for short term and long term as well. anything below 40 sen is a steal. another major shareholder also start buying yesterday. a positive sign definitely.

tried to buy at 36.5 yesterday, couldn't get. Today, keyed in 37.5, still in queue. Might chang my mind to buy 38.0 later before closing.
