So this is the reason people sell the shares, and look for discount price(private placement)to buy back again?

There is price setting regime for Private placement, normally the price is set to have 10% discount to prior 5 days average.

If now 5 days average is RM1.90, then the share price for private placement will be lower, that's RM1.71.
