I bought VS too, I have bought it before Koon's recommendation. However, this time I will have to disagree with Koon on this article. VS is a good or not, depends on which area you look at it. Cash flow, especially operating cash flow is very important and many has use it instead or earning to calculate IV. KC Chong did not predict anything, he just highlighted this is just not his cup of tea. It is a free forum, as long as there are good knowledge sharing, nothing is bullshit. Only those ppl that keep on giving TP without any sense or shout to sell without any facts are bullshit.

JT Yeo, Yes I am surprise VS didn't really fly today. BTW I have done my own valuation based on last 4 quarters. It is still under my own IV. Still have quite some margin of safety for myself.

JY TEO, If you spend more time reading the forum here, you will know average ppl here are speculative. No matter what facts or knowledge you posted and shared, most of us (yes including myself) will only like to ask the ultimate question: "which stock to buy?" Ppl that has bought a counter will hoo haa on some "insider news" that even the MD doesn't know. Change another scenario, if another ppl recommended a buy call on a true under value stock with huge margin of safety, will you say the same thing to him or her? You have said yourself, no one can answer you the IV for this counter and thus I assume not many ppl know about your FA knowledge? Same logic, that also mean Non of the ppl should recommend any stock? I own VS, but tomorrow if I lose money on this counter, I will not blame anyone. It is my decision to buy this counter and I should have done my own study prior taking any position. To me, yes this counter is over value/price. But so is other semiconductor/electronic/tech stocks. That's because this sector is in bull cycle (though I doubt the bull is ending). So value investing will find all the good counters expensive.

seem like every time when there is a price drop in this stock it will be OTB or KYY fault. Come on guys, grow up.
