Based on last financial year. I don't think the quarter result will be good based on the technical outlook. Death cross was formed, director disposing and forex loss. However, it is worth to keep in watchlist as the land disposing should reduce impairment and help improve financial of the company. Please take note tat company is starting to unlocking the value of the land, compugates is now enjoying 22 percent being the land owner by join partner. The value could be higher based on GDV
