家丽资机构有限公司(HOMERIZ,5160)于2010年2月上市。专业于制造软体家具包括皮革和以织物为主的沙发、餐椅和床架。也从事原装设计制造(ODM) 自身品牌 Eritz，以及是原装设备制造商 (OEM) 。
截至2015年第4季度，公司全年营业额和净盈利分别按年增长15%和16%，并建议派发每股2.5仙股息。业绩增长主要受惠于美元走强和销量提升。
基本面强劲，净现金公司，每股净现金达16.8仙。ROE: 25%而Current Ratio则有 5.15倍。
2015年6月1日，斥资1216万令吉，收购子公司Embrace工业私人有限公司35%股权，收购案的贡献已在第4季开始反映。
换句话，2016年第一季的盈利会因为收购子公司而预计将出现大概 55%的增长比率。由于2015年第一季业绩表现不佳，届时将出现了低底对比的绩效。大家都留意到了将在一月份公布的业绩，这利好消息配合股息将导致股价在业绩公布前就偷步上升，要赚取这段升幅，就要趁早买入，至少根据过去3年的纪录，股价都会出现这样的反应。
由于公司是出口高级软垫家具，所以其赚幅在同行中可算高。虽然营业额受美金走强激励，不过由于原料价格也上升，所以盈利未能显著提高。公司有做外汇对冲，所以实际上并没有从马币兑美元走弱中受惠很多，这点可从最新的年报里看到。
另外，公司以767万5408令吉买下4.0746公顷的农地，计划兴建厂房，此购地活动料在2016财年首季完成。
过去几年，公司的表现是中规中矩，稳步上升。而且管理层非常大方，虽然公司所拟定的派息率是40%，但从2013年至2015年的派息率都为50%。从2015年第一季开始，公司就没有了税务奖励，但是最终还是随着销售额的增长，公司任然取得了盈利的按年增长。如果2016年的每股净盈利能达到8.84仙 (若无任何成长), 那么演算为每股4.42仙股息。周息率为4.13%左右。
由于现金流和资产负债表强劲，股息诱人，此股的本益比都比同行高，其历史本益比为15倍左右。
潜在目标价可以8.84仙 x 15倍本益比= RM1.32 来估计。
公司一直面对着原料成本增加的问题，尤其是皮革方面。营业额提高才能抵消最低营运成本的问题。当公司解决了问题，就要马上买入，因为越早买，将来的周息率将会随着盈利而提高。
于上星期，公布了股息除权日和年报。从年报里，虽然看到了冷眼前辈的减持，但同时也看到了很多长期投资的基金买入此股，这鼓舞了打算做较长期投资的朋友们。
目前，只有丰隆投行追踪此股，目标价为RM1.32
接下来推动股价的催化剂：
1. 全购子公司的贡献
2. 新厂贡献，赚幅提高
3. 红股后，流通量增加
4. 马币贬值，销量增加
5. 诱人的周息率
