franksoweto u dun understand what i mean.i say if one company want to expand their business.they need to right issues to expand their business.that y so many investor scared about financial company . their(investor) scared about their priciple(money)so that they redemption early.for example genting last time got one building name call genting hotel. but uncle Lim dun satify one buiding that y he need to right issue to get more moeny to build another hotel such as highland hotel. resort hotel, first world hotel, theme park hotel.all this hotel need money to build right. do u understand or not franksoweto.

i ask my friend ady. he told me that in gabeng kuantan got a few project.and in sabah he says will receive one big project but not yet recived cos on the diccusion.
