The impairment loss is due to genm investment on Tribes Gaming Resort. Now the construction of the resort is suspended and now Tribes have to make lawsuit to the government to recover the project.

The money might stuck there for a long time and we dont know if the government really will recover the project. For those who wanna average down just go la.

To me genm too risky. Tribes need to make a lawsuit to government in US and genm need make a lawsuit to fox. If lets say this two lawsuit both lost, genm will be in a very serious situation

Seriously try to think why genting didnt make any response when 20 century Fox says they terminate the contract because genting didnt finish the theme park on time????

Maybe there are some additional terms and conditions for 20 century to escape from the compensation thats why they are so confident.

I already let go genting fuck this counter make me lose 4k. These are the reason why i think genting did badly in this incident:

1.)Genting should have already know the termination of contract long time ago but they only announce when they want to make a law suit to disney
2.) No detail declaration is made by genting after the announcement of lawsuit
3.) No immediate respond to proof disney wrong after disney declare genting is accusing them
