??? What have I done to u? Obviously u don't have a life and has a monkey on ur back. If u are lonely do join an organisation to make urself useful. Don't sit in front of ur device/PC and make a fool of urself picking on just anyone. Unlike u I have a future to look forward to after joining the workforce upon mu Uni days.

Thanks SsLee for your kind guidance. I'm just perplexed as to why managing staff has to be by means of scolding when a more courteous way is deemed inadequate - on the other hand you've to learn from these old timers (operators/supervisors) when you first join in. Now that you are few months into the job, it doesn;t feel right to shout/scold or demand these very people to do things u want immediately. Granted some RSPO/MSPO requirements may be urgent, at least give them time to do the needful or remind them in a day or two. Wondering if it is my problem or my superior's impatience. Always thought that respect got to be earned rather than demanded. Only 7 months in this work already wondering if it is wrong line for me!

SSLee, This may not be the right platform to ask but knowing that your working life was in oleochemical industry, I need to enquire how was your staring journey like as I;m just embarking on mine in an oil palm mill. Do you have to learn all the A-Z from weighbridge to waste recovery/treatment within 6 months? Is it the typical stle for manager to denigrate one,s performance when there was no mentor/peer to guide a newbie?

Mine also around same date. Queried with registrar on payment within 10 days, was told bursa don't allow LTAT to access bank details of shareholders. So they are going to courier cheques on 29/12/23

We didn't do any plot any plotting on the weekend on 29/2 & 1/3. Ph just self destruct so PPBM has to join with the other side...Nice try sir
