Please bear in mind that there is NO fundamental (yet), and you can't use the conventional calculation and argue that Sona-WA is at a PREMIUM over its mother share. SPAC has got no business, no cashflow, no balance sheet, no P&L and etc. This has everything to do with VALUE of the the future business and on its Qualifying Acquisitions. So if you were to ask me, Sona-WA is going to fly. Not convinced? Pull out Hisbiscus-WA and Cliq-WA chart and take a look for yourself. Mark my words, it will go further after Raya. My call?
