Everyone is losing money with Bermaz because EPF is the 2nd largest shareholder with almost 14%. Really hope the bosses has remedies to stop the sliding and regain the shareholder confidence

Hi weixuan0325. The share bought by the directors doesn't consider as share buyback for BAuto as the share is bought under Dynamic Milestone is a holding company co owner by few directors. So it doesn't involve any money from BAuto the share are bought with directors own money through this holding company.

The most important point is where is the stopping point of the falling trend. I guess EPF also catch the wrong ball at the wrong field like myself, I though yesterday will be the rebound point so I decided to buy in, like what EPF did they buy in 500k, I buy in 5k,hahahhah who know this morning when I look at US market. Aiyo. Hope 1.55 is their lowest

Never expect the drop can be this bad. If this drop prolong slowly will go Sime and others auto related counter maybe with an exception of MBMR because producing for perodua which is shielded from the blood bath

Hi guys the above article may worth reading. As this new tax system on the 1st of January 2025, CKD price may go up to 20%. Let assuming the price Omoda C9 currently sold at 188k with 20% increase the price will go up to 228k. Again let assume the new cx60 CBU is price at between 250k to 260k for 2.5cc PHEV, which one will you all pick? Maybe this can be one of the advantage for small auto player like Bermaz. Do fund manager also see this?

Agreed weixuan0325. CX30, CX 5 and Sportage will continue to battle within the highly competitive mid range SuV segment. But with new OMV tax starting 1st January it will bring the price narrower for Honda CRV, Omoda C9, BMW x series and VW Tiguan. With this price different most likely people will choose the fully imported Mazda CX60 over the rest. Bermaz is just a small player, I don't know what is the combine sales for those CRV and etc but if Mazda manage to sell 6k unit for cx 60 annually, 10k of CX 5 as what happened now, 4k unit of cx30 and maybe 1.5k unit of xpeng and plus 1k unit of all the kia vehicles. I believe with 22k unit of sales annually Bermaz should able to go back to 2023 record profit

Next year should have improvement with cx60,cx80, deepal ev and Kia EV3 coming. KIA EV3 is expected to price closely to current best selling EV BYD atto3. KiA EV3 definitely looks better than Atto 3.

Now this is the danger of investing in a company that has little asset...once its earning is crippled n lost, it will drop like a brick as it has little assets to support its share price...Bermaz has just 0.63 NTA against its share price of 1.50...maybe the only support is it's high dividend payout but if earnings drop drastically, dividend will go stagnant too...

My 🎅LUCK continues to ASTOUND all & sundry, whether they admit it or not!😊 My Mazda rises >¥100 above my purchase just a week prior, now showing a paper gain of 10.5% while my SUBARU tacks on another 2.5% this morning to bring that paper gain to 13%!

BTW, the short-sellers miscalculated & shorted a sizeable amount at around $1.53 & will likely pay a heavy PRICE by the end of 2day!
