you cannot do it using the same system, because the system will not allow it. But you can play with another system but then again the CDS will detect there is no change in the beneficiaries. The directors can play among themselves also to create activities.

LR is only for this week, after that you pay 50s to get LA + 2 mothershare+ 1 warrant. So if u by LR now for 20s, add 50s for total of 70s, you will get 1 LR (say at 30s), 2 mothershares (say 25s each) and 1 WB (say at 10s, so your total return will be 90s! That is 29% profit!

I think they are trying to push LR share down so that they can all pick up cheap. If LR is 20 sen and mother shares at 25 sen, paying 50 sen meaning you breakeven for mothershare but profit on warrants and LR share later, as LR will be a premium over mothershare during to interest bearing securities!

Definitely yes, but at the moment the operators are suppressing the price in order for them to collect more at lower price. They have to push it higher to make the Rights Issue exercise look attractive, otherwise nobody will subscribe to it!

that is why the operators are actually collecting the shares now while you are thinking people are dumping the shares, while in fact you are actually dumping to them.

The operators are putting the dummy sell orders to force others to dump the shares while they are collecting the shares... Ex date for Rights Issue is 25th May that means the share will be traded at lower price. If you have no plan to subscribe, then better sell before that. The Right Issue entitles you to get 1+2 bonus shares (3 shares) and 1 warrant for the price of 50 sen.
