Basically the company's financial is very very weak. Pls study its latest financial results. Do not gamble your hard earned money. Investly wisely pls stdy the strengt of the company. Do not simply base on luck. Good luck

Andyhard. In the event of pmcorp declares capital reduction. Its gearing level will be slightly higher. However its current gearing is too low. Based on the balance sheet.even with capital payout assuming 70 mil. its gearing is still low .basically the payout will not have negative impact on pmcorp. Mui will enjoy the benefit as it can use the cash to reduce its debts subsequently reduce its cost of borrowings.. actually mui's bank borrowings are too high. In the event of global recession and rising interest rate. Mui will be badly affected. Unless mui is smart enough to liquidate its non productive assets. Eventhough mui has huge loss . Capital payout by its subsidiary will benefit the holding company If mui utilise the cash to reduce its debts. Its gearing will be lower. Based on latest balance sheet mui group has been avtively disposing its assets. If the group is not serious to reduce its bank borrowings. Thanks calvin. Being an accountant. I believe it wilk be very soon as the cash has been lying idle quite sometime. Pmcorp does not need 130 mil cash to run its business. Really not productive and pmcorp earns interest income around 1 mil only. This exercise will really benefit shareholders especially mui. I believe the execise will be done before year end . That means the annoucement will be very soon. I have been collecting pmcorp since 2 weeks ago. My average price is around 26 sen. Planning ti get more at price of 20 to 25 sen. It will be selfish if i am hoping investors sell the stock next week at cheap price. But I am hoping to collect the stock at a price below 26 sen.

Loss mainly due to essos expenses. By 4th quarter. The company will realise profit on project as they promised to declare good profit to private investor ---'' private placement". So we can conclude that the share price will up in feb 2014.

Prudent accounting stated that revenue can be recognised after the project is completed at certain percentage. It will be unwise to recognize revenue when the project at early stage. As u can see only small retailers are disposing the shares. Big investors have not disposed the shares for the past 2 days. More revenue will be recognized towards completion of the project. Its last quarter sales are much lower as they have reconized sales on its past projects in the last year and quarters. I am still queing to buy at 23 sen.

Just understood why they made loss last quarter. The loss was contributed partly by the finance cost that they need to incur on issuance of bond of rm250 mil. With the fund they have. The company has enough cash to complete its project. Profit margin is quite huge, the company will make a lot of profit which will be declared progessively over the tenure of the project. Its share price will gradually increase to reflect NTA of the company. It will not be suprisingly that NTA will surpase rm1 next year. Sorry to say that Only stupid investor dispose the share. The downfall of 3 sen yesterday is normal due to poor accounting knowlege and investing technique by investors. They just panic for nothing. Believe me buy is the best option.. being a trader i did buy and sell yesterday. But now i am collecting for long term.
