i cut lost at 1.20.. my cost 1.28. still keep some though. i bought bitcoin instead and happy with the price now. the prevailing political isnt conducive for equity market. i'd rather stay sideline for time being.

we are that far different. i opted for shares and warrant to reduce average cost to 5.5 sen. managed to disposed some (both) take profit at 28.0sen.

i will hesitate to collect both again ie the prices are right.

i am still interested to know what's in the announcement besides the obvious latexx RTO.

Latexx has 4 sub companies. could this be the 4 gloves companies?
A month ago today, main stream papers carried a story this JV and Semperit asked for rm300 .. a rather quite a discount than they paid back in 2012 to bring latexx private.

Is it gonna be valued rm300n still.. i dont think so.
Interesting to learn the deal is announced and confirmed.
Let's find out or guess the purchase consideration and mode of payments.
