Not unlawful activities then intentional/motives activities...got secure any project or not...hehe... Donate to own younger brother not donate leh...sound like transfer...hehe

There is nothing complicated about law.
It is the activities conducted trying to weave a web around the law is complicated.
Why not do it straight forward if you are sincere and genuine?
