Honestly in my view, Omicron is overblown by mainstream media! Confirm cases are not that many but thanks to sensationlism, fear takes over!
The science is clear! Vaccine helps to curb new variants! Act fast on areas suspected with new variants through identifying infected and quarantine them! Vaccinate whole population of infected areas! Use antiviral for those already infected!
But humans are complicated! Nowadays, you have influencers sabotaging what ever science tell us to do! Making things worst, you have WHO ran by non medical board! Issuing statements that doesn't help!

Ahbah! Let's hope this Omicron is not that severe! Hopeful existing vaccine still effective! But Ptizer, AZ and moderna can quickly adapt to new variants as they come!

I am quite sure they will come out with a new vaccine which they claim is

veri efficacious against the new variant n the old vaccines are useless

against the new variant.
