KLCI futures mixed at mid-day

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives turned mixed at mid-day today on mild profit taking activities.

At the end of the morning session, spot month September 2013 slipped 2.5 points to 1,768.5, October 2013 eased two points to 1,770 while December 2013 added one tick to 1,767.5 and March 2014 earned 1.5 points to 1,761.

Turnover stood at 4,073 lots while open interest amounted to 43,842
contracts.

As at mid-day, the underlying FBM KLCI rose 2.89 points to 1,771.37.-- Bernama
