I feel that KPS will not get the main rasau wtp project. But with such a huge plant, new pipes will have to be laid to the consumer, there's where smartpipe may come in. Just my 2 cents, don't shoot me if anything goes wrong

Yes, agree with John. If u look at the volume sold by PNB and its units, it's not much compared to their total holdings. Also they are only selling around the 140 level. Probably they don't want it to go too high anyways, if they have plans for this company...

SincereStock @keown83 I am also new to this, but from what I try to understand here, mmc will continue to be tradeable at the open market, even if the price go above RM2, until the management call for EGM for the voting to pass this proposal, the requirement to pass is that no more than 10% rejection. if it fails, the boss might offer higher price (best senario), or boss u turn cancel it's privatization intention, then price might drop back to previous stage (worst case). if success, then wait for the exercise and payment date of the
