Yes, for general insurance the premium and policy will need to be paid but with less claims arising from reduced operations. Not sure about life policies though, does life insurance cover deaths due to Covid?

No worries, I still have funds to support. Today my KPS, MMC, MNRB and Muhibbah all kena bash down but ok-lar still making good money for this year. Actually wanted to hold my KPS until 1.50 but due to large price movement, sold some at 1.30 2 weeks ago. So, buying back now at lower price now is not a bad thing

Johnzhang @ooihk899, the reinsurance segment is still controlled. As far as I learned from a very senior executive in the industry, local insurance company are required to cede a portion of the insurance risk to MNRB . Only in circumstance where MNRB has exhausted the capability to take more , local insurance companies can then reinsure with other external parties.

So frustrating today, my KPS is blocked at RM1.00 and my MNRB is blocked at RM1.10 by big sharks. Guess just have to be patient to reach RM1.50 even though both are easily valued more than that
