The amount sought by 6 local Bankers is RM1.7 Billions and there are also hundred of Creditors seeking RM1.5 Billions.

Should the Bankers even agree to withhold Litigation, they must at first obtain Judgement from Court. And should Bankers agree to 50% recovery, that would be RM850 million..........

Then, there are those in queue for their piece of the bones........

Actually, if you read my earlier post was to Mad Cat. They are hoping Serbak will be back to 50 sen in a year's time. This will be the end of majority of bumi run companies in Bursa. No sane retailers and bankers will want to be involved with them long term, valuation will be low due to the reputation. Not that Chinese or Indian run companies are better, just that no Chinese cheaters got away with fraud when caught with evidence, all ended up in prison.

It is said that many bxmi investors have complained to have lost substantially due to "wrong advice to buy call" by so called investment experts ( who are believed to have been "paid " to abet ).

On the above basis, it is believed that the SC would be under " instructions" to assist the aggreived bxmi investors to recoup their losses by approving the regularisation plan by hook or by crook after which the share price is expected to appreciate.....

If the above conspiracy holds true, it is good to buy some now but at your own risk.....

Latest Quarter unaudited looks like ongoing cleaning of past creative accounting. Profit down severely and the lowest NTA in recent time. Perhaps lessons already learnt from the Serbak fiasco. But as in all Chef companies, will have to wait for an annual audit to determine the real results.
