Then long-losing General Electric delivered $532 of profit on Tuesday as the stock price had more than DOUBLED this year...WOW! On Wednesday, losing-since-entry in Sep '20 Tenaga was 80% dumped after pocketing dividend for a capital gain...***happy dance***. Thursday saw Walt Disney shares partially SOLD @ $121.646 after 7 months & a $85.99 entry despite local mkt being closed...SUPER! The week closes out with a flourish thanks to long-losing Nomura SOLD at a 66% gain 2 days after ex-divvy, DLady intra-day traded with Lady Luck beaming brightly & a hat3rick of joys completed by an accidental discovery that my Soshin Electric purchased a little high in Sep '23 was a target of a privatization @ a 38% premium to my entry 2 days ago!!!

And to top it all off, I discovered 2day that finally, finally FGV is going after the fat, corrupted cadre of brown-coloured thieves who were stealing million$ from their own plantation workers, with the High Court ruling in favour of justice for million$!!!😘🤗☝

After selling off my DLady @ $64.32 in Oct '18 ,seeing the evidence of increased milk competition in the supermarkets, I re-entered my long position $18.90 cheaper than my original cost in Nov '13 recently(below $30)

Brent crude has one of the most 'certain' medium-to-long term uptrend charts I've ever seen in my 30 years of investing & speculating! I'm gonna play Dayang indirectly by buying Naim, which also gives me exposure to the promising Sarawak property sector!

Such a beautiful holiday! Made a snap decision to sell GE partially the other day instead of all at once & it proved a GREAT decision as our friend rose almost +4% overnight. Also the profit taken ballooned by 183% when converted back to RM because when I paid for it in Nov '17, the US$ was only 4.236 & now it's 4.730!🤗

So I made a wrong prediction on topglov in '21...so what? I did SELL 40% of my position on Dec 1st '21 when it limit UP briefly for a scant profit after ample dividends received in '21 but do I get credit for that? I made many wrong predictions in the past like buying jtiasa @ $2+ in '14, general electric @ $20.57 in '17, Huaan from 15.5c down to 3.5c fr '14-'17 etc. I was wrong from the moment I bought my first shares in Japan's Nomura on Feb 6th 2018, through to the 1st averaging down on Sep 21st '18 all the way until late last year when it finally popped above my avg cost of ¥596.9 & I received ¥43,000 in dividends while waiting for my capital gain to arrive. Now it's +66% & I feel vindicated. I didn't delete the calls that were proven wrong in time like some ppl. Getting it wrong is how I am motivated to get it right more frequently going fwd...💓 My prediction here is simple: 15c now, then 12c in 6 mths, 10c in 1 yr etc etc & more & more & MORE PPs as the recession probabilities start to spike as '24 progresses & Vietnam stalls & int rates hardly move down quickly enuf to help indebted, overly ticketed junk cos like Sapnrg & JAKS.

I have neither kretam nor rsawit because most of my capital is now denominated in foreign currencies like £ & greenbacks, invested in world-class cos like General Electric, Disney, Nomura & Panasonic Japan while your depreciating rm is stuck in a 3rd world market avoided by foreign funds who are instead chasing after my hot, well-managed & famous stocks in jurisdisctions where politicians don't steal & bankrupt the country! 😆

His massive losse$ have silenced him...cannot face the truth, so lash out @ truth-tellers instead...😃 Raking in the moolah with winning positions in General Electric, Nomura & many other world-class cos. while some are still playing for puny profits in 3rd world ultra pennies...

For the 1st time in ages, I've decided not to log in to my account to watch the afternoon session. With the 901st consecutive trading day in the positive thanks to Nepon in Tokyo ( Bought ¥1,752, SOLD ¥1,914 within 3 mths) in the bag, I will spare myself the energy drain from a zombified, time-wasting mkt & focus my energies on the more rewarding US & Japanese markets...while preparing to dump Tenaga on the 27th!

Sooooo relieved to be OUT of this stock which I originally bought 8 lots of in 2022 for the dividends...all SOLD above $4 last year!🤗

Not all P&D are condemned forever....Witness my GPharos: a clear cut P&D stock until recently, when results & financials unpredictably improved, percolated into fantastic div yield & bettered JTiasa in the last year. Used to hold 330 lots of this when it resumed its divvy in '19 but then SOLD all of it when it was pumped/dumped in '21. Fortunately, I re-entered 40 lots last yr when the divvy continued & still left with a last stand of 20 lots now.

Good points made by many on the downfalls of ego, focusing on the fundamentals, taking a long-term approach etc. B4 covid, one old man with few teeth left in his mouth(looked to be early-to-mid '70s) used to approach me to talk about his 20,000 DLady shares at every opportunity & go on & on about how he's earning ton$ just from dividends back then( when I as all holders then received $1.10 per share regularly twice a year(& 3x in 2017). I wonder now if that was 3iii himself...Well, going as I do to the supermarket often, I began to notice in 2018 that they were discounting their milk frequently at the same time as competitors like Goodday began to step up aggressive marketing & Nestle entered the milk mkt for the first time.

When I regularly picked Goodday for my milk due to its superior taste, I kinda saw the writing on the wall for DLady & SOLD my small position bought @ $48.66 in 2013 for $64.32 in Oct '18 after receiving more than $15.00 in dividends since purchase.

Another fellow shareholder whom I met attending AGMs revealed she had 11,000 DLady bought in '93 & '04 & had to proxy me to attend their shareholder meeting in '19 as I had ZERO shares by then. Oddly, the price remained high @ $62-65 through most of '19 until memorably beginning its long downfall in Sep shortly after EPF bought another 225,000 shares @ above $65. I had advised the lady who proxied me to sell at least a few of her shares just in case my on the ground observations portended a big fall ahead but she clung on to every single share with justifications such as : 'I get over $20,000 per year from dividends' & 'if Nestle can go to $140, DLady can go to $100' etc....& kept hanging on...until finally demoralized by the drop from $60 to $50 to $40, $30 & then $20, she FINALLY sold in high-to-mid $20s. All her shares were free by then anyway so it wasn't a question of loss but how much MORE she could have made with better discernment. Never fall in love with a stock is a good maxim to follow whoever said it!

All along I assumed this price was the lowest ever for JAKS but I double-checked & discovered the real ALL-TIME LOW is closer to 12c..in Oct '08. So we all know where the next tgt is...unless bankruptcy intervenes in the interim!😆

Myself & calvin seem to share something in common(mind the pun), which is our attraction to deep value plays. On hindsight, I was careless in entering Jtiasa in '14 because it was not a deep value play(unlike '09 when it dropped to 50c) but back then, it was so easy earn hundreds to thousands per day just buying the next stock that hadn't move yet, I was prone to complacency, just like the money-printing Sino Hua-an in late 2017 caused me to become lax & buy General Electric with little deep research in my attempt to diversify into US stocks. Fortunately, GE, like JTiasa, eventually came up roses & it's now one of the hottest stocks on the NYSE & poised to earn over 20% ROI when I plan to sell on Tues. Wishing all holders the best here, but I'm DONE with JTiasa as it's no longer as deep value as it was a year ago... 頑張って 🎌(Ganbatte) to all! My eyes are trained mostly towards Tokyo these days as I have fifteen paper gainers led by another major comeback story which soared past its 11-year high: Nomura!🗾💹

Convert 135 yen = RM4.27

Something must be brewing... because Japanese are generally very particular about money won't simply spend money to invest unless really strong growth story.


The above is a sweeping statement. Japs are also prone to crazy, extreme behaviour & their market is famous for 'ramping' which is partly why I allocate such a large portion there: they can corner a stock with small free float & push it up by 10-30X within a year! I believe this is what is happening to YTL which only has a limited float in Tokyo. Otherwise, ppl would transfer their shares there to sell & arbitrage but I'm not sure if it can even be done!

I'm the very first one to notice the disparity between Tokyo price & the local price because I have a sizeable Japanese portfolio & have to monitor my 13 paper gainers there...the disparity just WIDENED this morning to 30%! As I suspected, the small % of YTL shares trading in Tokyo is being cornered, with the peak price being the equivalent of $4.65!

When major holders with recently over 70 mil(now down to 68.6 mil) throw millions of shares per day, better to escape with capital like me & stay on the sidelines first! They are rich, don't need your donation...let degil monkeys like Ytl2023 donate! 👍

Weird but I think YTL is being CORNERED in Japan...went limit UP @ 112 yen this morning briefly....the equivalent of $3.50!

New generation is already taking over. Doubt they are even half as competent as the Lee Loy Seng or the '50s-'70s generation.

One of the very very small handful of stocks to have successfully KOREK million$ from the old two-faced reptile ConYY...besides Xinquan & JAKS... respect! Willingly hold on to my remaining RM322 investment in 900 remainder shrs even if it goes to zero due to eventual bankruptcy coz the boss holds 3/4 of the tickets & has not sold a single share since listing. Of course, it also helps that I've profited by over a thousand trading the stock medium-term in '13, '15, '18 & this week! Attended the AGMs in '14 & '16 [ in the now shuttered Istana Hotel] before the old KONYY got involved & was very impressed by the thamby's passion & self-belief! 😉
