By 2025, the balance sheet will be almost zero debt. Any extra or extension of the contract will be pure cash to BA. We need to take that into account, too. With clean balance sheet BA can target new contracts ie Akai and others.

If I read u correctly, the Pref Shares is taking back all the old Felda asset injected into FGV @ IPO by Felda. So which is better to hold, or hold both, or sell both.

Investor77..its not abt the take takeover price. Its abt politics. The willingness to sell 100K ha of land owned by an entity which once sold they can't claim it or have 100K ha again in the same/similar location. If only they knew they had to work to keep their asset.
