You are not wrong if you are happy 😄 with the profits you make. Nobody knows. Look at mercury securities, people chased it up to 90c, and those that bought at 80 to 90c, got burnt. And those who did not sell, has less profits or no profits at all.

KPProp net profit quite stable with every quarter about RM23mil, with EPS 17sen, PE 4.27 and DPS 3sen DY 4.11%. Worth to buy and keep

residential projects in the Klang Valley with
a combined gross development value (GDV)
of RM395 million this year.
The first project located in Sentul comprises
587 units of serviced apartments in a 52-
storey block, while the second one in Shah
Alam features 479 units of serviced
apartments and 14 retail units in a 39-
storey block.
