You are not wrong if you are happy 😄 with the profits you make. Nobody knows. Look at mercury securities, people chased it up to 90c, and those that bought at 80 to 90c, got burnt. And those who did not sell, has less profits or no profits at all.

residential projects in the Klang Valley with
a combined gross development value (GDV)
of RM395 million this year.
The first project located in Sentul comprises
