Meanwhile Lady Sapura has joined Yinson to win more Contract in Brazil. Sapura Energy required between RM 3 to 4 Billion to recapitalisation to get out of PN17..

This mean, she need another 1.2 to 2.2 billion to get out of PN17 which may come either with White Knight or Debt Swap and Balance Sheet Cleanup using thee same strategy employed by AAX and Capital A, this process takes time but is essential for long-term sustainability. If executed successfully, it could help Sapura Energy exit PN17 status without relying on external White Knights.

I am Not concern about PN17 regularisation report on 31 May but the next Date 10 June needs urgent
announcement like where is the White Knight Cash?
As a on-going concern SAP needs much more Cash than you think in 3 years----RM 4.30Bil for Brazil Project
RM 5 Billion for on-going projects ( i was told most unprofitable legacy job from Petronas already Cancelled )
How SAP is going to Raise another RM10 billion for Projects beside Debt Coverage( atleast 4--5Billion )--
