Ranhill Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding, provision of management services and provision of engineering, procurement and construction services. It provides engineering and construction services, as well as asset management and ownership, with focus on power, utilities and other infrastructure, resource assets and oil and gas exploration, development and production activities. It operates under four segments: EPC & EPCM/PMC, which is engaged in the provision of engineering, procurement, construction, construction management services and project management services; infrastructure, concession and investment, which is engaged in the operation of a 190 megawatt combined cycle gas-fired power station, and operation and maintenance, which is engaged in processing and treatment of raw water and supplying treated water to consumers. On February 16, 2011, the Company announced that Ranhill Jambi Inc. Holdings Pte Ltd has ceased to be its subsidiary.
