Or it could trap the daydreamers hopelessly. There is no concrete developments - only speculations to show. There has been no increase in revenue streams, no new contracts or even MOU to fall back on. When a stock moves surprisingly fast, you can only anticipate a takeover, a new deal to be signed that is not known by investors or intending investors, or new fundamentals. It has gone up 30% with every fundamental remaining as they were when it was 0.65. What is the reason?

NTT Data does not intend to maintain the listing status of GHL and will withdraw the company’s listing if it manages to get more than 90% of the shares, according to a statement. NTT Data will also not take measures to address any shortfall in the minimum public spread if it controls more than 75% of the shares.

So, it wants to service these US players in malaysia. Else, the US players will have difficulty in getting customers to use their services in Msia. Costs of using cloud products and services are very costly and are charged in USD. So, there is no tolerant to commit mistakes in using their cloud services. And the learning curve for cloud technologies in particular cloud native technologies in AI is very steep...

Will the NTT Data get 90% and above on completion of the MGO at 1.08 / share in coming weeks? Given ghl shareholding structure, it is likely very challenging. So, it fails to pass the 90% threshold for compulsory acquisition, then what happen? Luckily, we can take the Hong Leong Capital lesson in 2013 as our guide. Do msians deserve to have a real pure AI play in Bursa in tandem with US markets? This is a question, people in the putrajaya high office need to answer. Good lucks.
