Details
Acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Blossom Eastland Sdn Bhd, Rantau Urusan (M) Sdn Bhd and Yik Wang Trading Sdn Bhd for a total aggregate purchase consideration of RM823.32 million, to be partially satisfied via the issuance of 108,733,864 new ordinary shares in LPB ("Consideration Shares") as well as the settlement of the outstanding related party advances of RM33.52 million owing by Blossom Eastland Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries, Rantau Urusan (M) Sdn Bhd and Yik Wang Trading Sdn Bhd to the respective vendors and its related parties and persons connected to them to be partially satisfied via the issuance of 41,266,137 new ordinary shares in LPB ("Settlement Shares"). The Consideration Shares and Settlement Shares are issued at an issue price of RM0.7975 per ordinary share in LPB.
