Datuk Razman is currently the Chairman of Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad and Deputy Chairman of the Sunway Group of Companies.

Datuk Razman started his carrer with Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad as an Officer Trainee in 1967. Throughout his 32 years of banking experience in Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, Datuk Razman served with the bank's offices in London, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore. In Malaysia, he held various positions and was appointed as Executive Director of Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad in 1994 until he retired in June 1999. In the same month in 1999, he was appointed as Chairman of MBf Finance Berhad by Bank Negara Malaysia as its nominee until January 2002 when the finance company was sold to the Arab-Malaysian Group.
