He served as Commercial Manager in Haworth Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2000 and Senior Finance Manager in Tronoh Mines Malaysia Berhad in September 2001. In January 2003, he joined Sapura Telecommunications Berhad as Group Financial Controller and in May 2004, he was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of Tronoh Consolidated Malaysia Berhad before assuming his current position on 1 August 2005.
