Dato’ Siew Boon Yeong started his auditing career and professional training with the international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand in 1978 before establishing his own accounting practice in 1988. He has over 30 years of experience in the finance field specializing in auditing, taxation and corporate finance and has been involved in numerous assignments on due diligence, merger and acquisitions, debt restructuring and liquidation. He was also involved in Reporting Accountants’ engagements for many corporate exercises.

Since 2000, he had been appointed as director in seven public companies listed in Bursa Malaysia and he is currently sitting on the Board of two public listed companies.
