January 1982 - April 1985 : Acted as Audit Manager in medium sized accounting firm with 25 staff. Entrusted with the day to day operations of the firm which covered planning, staff supervision and training, finalisation of reports with clients and managing of cash flows of the practice.

May 1985 - todate : Started own accounting practice under the name Leslie Yap & Co. Service a wide spectrum of clients in varied industries.
