Mr Goh is currently the Business Development Head of Zenith Properties and holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director of India International Bank (Malaysia) Berhad.

Mr Goh joined Citibank Berhad (Citibank) in 1985 to help set up Citibanks Retail Banks own computer section and services. From there, he took on various responsibilities including Programming, Audit, Quality Assurance, Sales Management, Business Development and Business Management. His last position with Citibank was Executive Vice President and the Managing Director for the Mortgage Business for Citibank Malaysia. He had oversight over the Mortgage Business for Citibank Thailand as well.
