Mr. Power holds a Masters in Civil Engineering & Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, USA.
Working Experience
He joined Emivest as General Manager – Business Development in year 2003 and with his proven track record currently holding the position of Chief Investment Officer.

He has attended many training programmes offered by the University of Michigan Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business and London Business School in Strategic Planning & Implementation, Corporate Valuation Modeling, Financial Skill for Management, Advanced Negotiations & Deal Making Strategies & Merging and Acquisitions.

He has over 17 years of corporate experience in the international markets in USA, Asia, Europe and the Middle East and played a vital role in the areas of business and funding strategy, operations, sales, marketing and development, budget and budgetary control, due diligence on acquisitions, finance and treasury.

He was a Chief Operating Officer for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei of SITA International, which he implemented new investment, operational, health, safety and revenue growth for the company.

Mr. Power is instrumental in managing and executing several major investments for Emivest and expanding portfolio in Europe and Asian Markets by doubling the revenue of the company through acquisition and organic growth. He also formulated long, short-term and intermediate objectives and supervising plans and programmes for the sales and marketing of the operating companies.

He introduced changes in processes through various channels that resulted in time saving which translated into greater efficiency. He was successful in turning a loss making company to a profitable company by redefining the business model and cost cutting.
