Mr Chia Lik Khai is currently the Deputy Managing Director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board on 26 October 2010 as an Executive Director and was redesignated as Deputy Managing Director on 25 February 2015. 

Mr Chia has been tasked with overseeing the overall corporate planning, finance and investor relations of Boilermech Group. Over the years, he has demonstrated his expertise and commitment in the strategic business planning and development of the Company and was instrumental in new strategic initiatives and diversification of the business of the Boilermech Group. 

He is also an Executive Director of QL Resources Berhad who is overseeing the group strategic business planning and expansion. 

Prior to 2009, he was with McKinsey & Company in Shanghai, where he was an affiliate of the Global Energy & Materials and High-Tech practice. During his tenure there, he focused on serving global clients in renewable energy, consumer products and high-tech sectors on strategy, mergers and acquisitions as well as sales and marketing.

Mr Chia Lik Khai is the son of Dr. Chia Song Kun, who is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Boilermech Holdings Berhad and the nephew to Mr Chia Seong Fatt, who is his Alternate Director.
