Mr. Dubost is at present the Carlsberg Group Vice-President Commercial in charge of Sales and Marketing of the Asia Region.

Mr. Dubost joined Carlsberg Group in 2011 and from 2011 to April 2016, he held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Brasseries Kronenbourg in France, Company owned by Carlsberg Group.

He started his career in various marketing positions within the Henkel France and then in the LVMH group in London. He then joined Colgate Palmolive in 1998 where in 13 years  he held several local , regional and HQ commercial experiences (France, Europe, Spain & Portugal) working in Bodycare, Householdcare and Oralcare categories. Since 2008, Olivier was Marketing Director Palmolive Europe - Innovation Center for Oral Hygiene.
