Mr Wong graduated from DeMonfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science combined studies degree majoring in Accounting and minoring in Law. Subsequently, he obtained Master in Business Administration in Finance from University of Hull, United Kingdom in 1997.
