Mr. Juan Aranols joined the Nestl   Group in 1990 as an Internal Auditor for Nestl   Spain. In 1995 he moved to the Nestl   Headquarters in Switzerland as Controller for a Strategic Business Unit and in 1998 he moved to Nestl   Italy as the Ice Cream and Frozen Food Controller. In 2003, Mr. Juan Aranols was appointed as Country Controller of the Nestl   Plata Region in Argentina and in 2005, as Head of Finance and Control of the Nestl   Caribbean Region. In 2007 he returned to Spain as Head of Finance and Control of Nestl   Iberia before being promoted in 2012 to Head of Group Control of the Nestl   S.A. Group in Switzerland. In 2015 Mr. Juan Aranols was appointed as Chief Financial Officer for Nestl   S.A's Zone Asia, Oceania and Sub-Saharan Africa (AOA).
