Anis Rizana is currently the Deputy Secretary General (Investment) with the Ministry of Finance (MOF).

She started her career in the public sector in 1995 with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and served in various positions in MOF and other ministries and agencies throughout her career. In June 2013, she served as Deputy Director General (Complaints), Public Complaints Bureau with the Prime Minister's Department, and later in 2014 served as Director of Integrity and Governance Division until October 2015. She was then appointed as Senior Research Fellow in Cluster for Development and Policy Research with National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) until January 2018 and continued as the Head of Cluster in Cluster for Development and Policy Research with INTAN until July 2018. She was with Cluster for Economics and Public Finance at INTAN as Head of Cluster until February 2019 and later served as Deputy Secretary General (Operations) with Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development from February 2019 until June 2020 prior to assuming her current position.
