Maggie Then has more than 14 years working experience in financial reporting and management. She is currently the Group Deputy Finance Director of ACE Holdings Berhad. Prior to joining ACE Group, she worked with other MNC companies and public listed company in Malaysia.

She was an Accountant in DHL Global Forwarding (M) Sdn Bhd, responsible in financial reporting and budgeting of the company and she was responsible for the companys cash and fixed asset management.

She subsequently joined Avon Cosmetics (M) Sdn Bhd as Financial Reporting Manager. There, she handled the
companys statutory reporting requirements, assisted in its internal SOX audit review and also provided technical advice on any shortfalls of actual business performance from the budget forecast.

Maggie expertise were recognized and she was subsequently offered a position as the Finance Manager in Technodex Berhad. There, she was given additional responsibilities in coordinating the companys corporate exercises. She also attended Board meetings to present the groups quarterly financial results and submitted the results to the stock exchange for public announcements.
